How it works

To get started, simply head over to our enquiry form. We’ll ask you for some basic information, and to tell us as much as you can about what you’re looking for, including the number of images you need and any examples and supporting files you can send us.

Within 48 hours we’ll get back in touch with a quote outlining a cost and lead time. We may need to confirm a few details with you, but broadly our prices will reflect those stated on our pricing page, dependent on the level of finish you choose.

Once you’re happy with the quote and lead time, we’ll confirm everything and schedule in the work with our team. You’ll receive a list of all the deliverables we’ll be providing, including any specific requirements agreed at the quote stage.

You’ll receive a high-level preliminary image for you to comment on before we start work in the final images to make sure we’re delivering what you need. Once you’ve signed-off on the drafts we’ll get cracking on the final versions of the images.

Once finished, we’ll deliver the finished images to you. We usually do this via a secure WeTransfer link or Dropbox folder to accommodate file size.

Once the final images have been delivered we’ll invoice you for the work. Our payment terms are 14 days.
